Giant Bicycles offers a return policy for both bicycles and gear items. For bicycles, returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date. The bicycle must be in like-new, unused condition, and undamaged. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. E-Bikes must have less than 10 miles to be considered unused. Items ineligible for return include those not purchased from Giant-Bicycle.com/us, Liv-Cycling.com/us, or Momentum-Biking.com/us, items invoiced more than 14 days ago, used items, items not in new condition, items marked "final sale," and items damaged by improper use or accident.
For gear and rider apparel, new, unused items are eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Used items are eligible for online store credit within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are not offered. Returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase, and items must be in new, unused condition with all original, undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, or canceled. To start a gear return, email GiantWebLink@GiantBicycle.com with your Order Reference Number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
